How to use it:
In an oil burner - add some drops into the basin of water until you have just the right amount. Perhaps start with three.
Add a few drops to the water of an electric aroma diffuser.
Use it in your bath.
Put it on aromatherapy jewellery.
Sprinkle it around your pillow.
An uplifting and energising oil that will help with positivity and calmness.
